It is an evolution of the American Ballon Frame system that uses a wooden structure for many years. We use these two materials as a light and open construction system that allows any type of interior and exterior finish. The Steel Frame uses inert and noble materials such as galvanized steel. For the Ballon Frame we use laminated wood and Pine wood slats autoclaved.<\/p><p>Since 2013, we have anticipated the European directive 2013\/31 \/ EU, which required from 2020 onwards, that all new buildings be of almost zero energy consumption.
