For the construction of iHouse homes we use the industrialized construction system called Steel Frame. It is an evolution of the American Ballon Frame system that uses a wooden structure for many years. We use these two materials as a light and open construction system that allows any type of interior and exterior finish. The Steel Frame uses inert and noble materials such as galvanized steel. For the Ballon Frame we use laminated wood and Pine wood slats autoclaved.
